We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from chaarmant . If this is not the case, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt .
Return policy
- Returns must be registered via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving the goods .
- Extensions may only be removed from the outer packaging to be held against your own hair. If the hygiene seal is opened or damaged, returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons.
- Care products, brushes and accessories can only be returned in unopened original packaging.
- Reduced or personalized items are non-returnable.
This is how returns work at chaarmant
- Open our returns portal
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
- Select the items you wish to return and briefly state the reason for the return.
- Submit your request.
- Once approved, you will receive your return label and return information via email.
- Pack the items carefully, enclose the invoice or delivery note, and take the package to the post office or shipping service provider.
We will provide you with a return label for returns.
However, a flat processing fee of €4.90 will be charged, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

Opening or removing the aforementioned hygiene seals will, for hygienic reasons, result in the exclusion of returns.
You don't need to pay for postage yourself. You will automatically receive the return label via our returns portal .

The following:
If you wish to return items from multiple orders, please register each order individually via our returns portal. This way, you will receive a separate return number and the corresponding documents for each order.
You can then return all items together in one package to us:
- Place all return slips for the respective orders in the package.
- Affix a return label to the outside of the package in a clearly visible location (you can use one of the generated labels).
- Please ensure that all items are securely packaged so that they arrive undamaged.
If you received an order in multiple packages, you can of course also combine the items into one.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
If you would like a different color or length, please return the item and reorder the desired item in the online shop.
Refunds are processed automatically via Klarna. Already paid invoices will be refunded by Klarna; for outstanding invoices, the amount will be reduced accordingly.
